Emerald

Emerald is a green gemstone from the beryl group. It is very rare to find emerald with few to no inclusions within it and it is becoming quite common for emeralds to be oiled to enhance the appearance of the stone. Jewellery set with emeralds should not be cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner and they should not be exposed to extremes of temperatures.
